Worry - free Return Period
We support returns without reason within 30 days after receipt (based on logistics receipt records). The returned product must be unused, unopened, not affect secondary sales, and fully retain the original packaging (including labels, instructions, gifts, and other accessories).
Return Shipping Fee Policy
1. Non - quality Issue Returns: The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. It is recommended that you prioritize using traceable logistics and keep the proof.
2. Quality Issues/Wrong or Missed Delivery: The merchant is responsible for the return shipping cost and needs to contact customer service to confirm and provide proof of the problem.
Refund Time Limit
Quality inspection shall be completed within 3 working days after the warehouse signs for the return. If the return conditions are met, the original payment will be refunded (non - cash parts such as coupons and points will not be refunded).
Exchange Process
We support changing the size/color of the same product. Please contact customer service within 7 days to register for the exchange. The shipping cost for returning the product applies as described above, and the merchant will bear the cost of the second shipment.
Special Notes
1. Customized products, personal items, and other special products do not support returns or exchanges if there are no quality issues.
2. Returns and exchanges of promotional products will be processed according to the activity rules.
3. Overseas orders need to handle customs clearance procedures and bear customs duties on their own.
